"Lupus"
The term "Lupus",
without a modifier is a rather broad used term referring to eroded skin
lesions, or Lupus Vulgaris.
But more specifically:
"Lupus Erythematosus, Systemic,
Disseminated or Discoid" are
the terms used to describe the inflammatory diseases with deterioration
of the connective tissues in various parts of the body, which can involve
selected or all body organs. These belongs to a group of disorders known
as Collagen Diseases. In these cases your connective
tissues are or appear to being attacked by your own immune system. Antibodies
you have created to destroy foreign collagen are turning against your own.
This is due to possible errors in the original construction of your antibodies
or in the identification chemistry of your own tissues. So your own antibodies,
not perfectly differentiating between the ingested (injected or surgically
installed) alien collagen, turn against your own collagen and labor to
destroy it.
Collagen, an albuminoid, constitutes the fibers maintaining structural integrity of the skin, bones, organs, muscles and all parts of the body. It is your cartilage, tendons, supportive valve tissues, internal struts, hair, nail and the inter-calcium-latis providing strength but elasticity to your bones. No part of your body, nor that of any animal body is formed, held together or is maintained in place within or without it and its consequent support
Primary to collagen compounding is the non-essential amino acid, glysine - which, with an animal marker added, may also act as an antibody trigger against yours.
Virtually all animal (and insect) foods contain glysine or collagen, including milk, eggs (the egg white, i.e., albumin is the glysine/collagen reserve for the developing chicken embryo's feathers, bone, cartilage, etc.), fish, foul and all animal meats, seaweeds and gelatin or "Jello" (which is refined cartilage, tendon, hair, hoofs, trimmings, etc) - the most concentrated food source of collagen (and glysine) available. Butter and whey contain trace amounts of collagen protiens which still could be sufficient to trigger errant antibody releases.
If you are struggling with "Lupus" or Lupus-like symptoms, or have a genetic or environmental predisposition (cases in your family history or community) and you are concerned that it could be showing up in you, maintain your current prescribed therapy and professional counsel, but consider the above information and you might try to avoid the possible dietary triggering of the "Lupus" collagen antibodies factors by not ingesting any of the above noted animal derived (all collagen containing) items, and with a little patience look for any improvements.
No plant sourced
foods contain collagen, nor do plants attach an animal marker or contaminent
to its simple glysine.
And contrary to
pubic opinions, wives tales, generations of belief, advertising and propaganda,
all nutrients for human health and vigor are provided completely, easily
and abundantly from a simple variety of garden foods; and they bolster
healthy immune function, do not add pathogen loading -- and for anyone
including those who are predisposed to Lupus, none trigger human collagen
(self-) destruction to cause Lupus!
